The Healthcare Project Manager administers healthcare projects from initiation to closing processes. She/he would have to be able to perform the following; plan the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of work, execute, monitor and control, and reporting, by using team management skills (leadership, direction, and supervision), throughout the four life cycles of the project.
A Blog posted by Ashok Mathur On August 5, 2015, named “What is Health Information Exchange and Why is it Important for EHR use” is a typical example of a job for a Healthcare Project Manager. I think it is refreshing to look and be aware of apparently trivial things.
