Beyond the Risk Register

In this YouTube video, David Hillson explains some essential concepts that align with our Agile, Waterfall, and Life projects. I did not know that uncertainty that matters (Risks/Opportunities) that can affect our objectives have a broader spectrum than what we, as project managers, usually know. The PMI explains to us that uncertainty does not just occur in future events. That is, where he explains that for not future events, such as Stochastic, Aleatoric, Epistemic, and Ontological uncertainties, is challenging to dashboard them in a Risk Register.
